Songzi Xingluo Logistics Co., Ltd.

Songzi Xingluo Logistics Co., Ltd. was established on April 10, 2019, and is registered at Xinjiangkou Subdistrict, Songzi City, Hubei Province. Since its inception, the company has been primarily engaged in logistics-related businesses, and in 2022, it initiated the construction of the Songzi Xingluo Logistics Park project.

The Songzi Xingluo Logistics Park is located on the south side of Jinsong Avenue in the main urban area of Songzi City, covering an area of 65,174 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 40,000 square meters. The project plans to construct one six-story office building and four single-story warehouses, equipped with cold storage facilities for storing agricultural and sideline products as well as construction materials, with a total capacity of approximately 70,000 tons.

The cold chain logistics applications at Xingluo Logistics Park cover a wide range of products, including:  

Primary agricultural products: Vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, eggs, aquatic products, and flowers.  

Processed foods: Frozen foods, packaged cooked foods (such as poultry, meat, and aquatic products), ice cream, dairy products, chocolate, fast food ingredients, and specialty goods like pharmaceuticals.  

The park is divided into three functional zones: the general logistics zone, the comprehensive (business and living) support zone, and the parking zone. Each zone is designed with specific professional and functional roles, while remaining closely interconnected in terms of public services, environmental planning, infrastructure support, transportation, and spatial organization.

In modern cold chain logistics, the role of cold storage is becoming increasingly prominent. As a critical facility for preserving freshness, refrigeration, and freezing of temperature-sensitive goods, the ef提交保存fective management of cold storage directly impacts product quality and corporate cost control.
